Position Description: We are seeking an experienced, high-performance team member to fill the SDR position, with a strategic and proactive mindset, to work directly with enterprise companies in the B2B sector. This professional will play a critical role in lead generation and lead qualification processes. The position requires a profile that combines analytical vision, strong communication skills, self-management, and a knack for prospecting potential companies.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential prospects that meet the ideal profile, focusing on large companies and cutting-edge technologies.
- Execute CRM Nurturing: Maintain and nurture our contact base with inbound and outbound content, offering relevant information that increases lead engagement with our solutions.
- Contact and Presentations: Initiate the first contact with leads via email, phone, and other channels, introducing the company and the business transformation potential.
- Organize and Schedule Meetings: Responsible for preparing and scheduling qualified meetings (IPC Analysis - BANT) for the commercial team, with pre-informed and engaged leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, ensuring a continuous and organized lead flow.
- Market Research and Analysis: Track market trends and understand client needs to propose innovative approaches and strategies that increase commercial impact.
- Mapping and Information Flow Control: Develop and maintain an up-to-date heatmap of contacts and influencers, ensuring clear mapping of relationships and influences among leads.

Sales Prospecting Events: Support marketing in conducting events and content focused on sales prospecting.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or B2B client prospecting, especially in software sales cycles (previous experience as SDR, Inside Sales, or related roles is desirable).
- Technical knowledge of software sales cycles and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor the pitch to the client’s profile and needs.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales and prospecting support technologies.

- Advanced Spanish, with the ability to interact with international clients.
Preferred Requirements
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, such as SEO, content marketing, and social media, to support lead generation.
- Tools Knowledge: LinkedIn Sales Navigator; GetProspect; Woodpecker; Pipedrive; Hubspot; ZoomInfo; Lusha; Salesforce; Outreach.
