The role of Engagement Manager involves managing and delivering innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform through an agile approach. This position will coordinate with various different business and work with the development team to provide a solution that meets the client's needs.
As an Engagement Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Orchestrating the successful delivery of complex projects while fostering strong client relationships.
- Leading and taking full responsibility for projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication of expectations and goals.
- This role involves planning activities and team allocation, estimating task effort, managing schedules, budget control, risk management, requirements gathering, workflow design, mapping and drafting user stories, conducting functional tests, leading grooming meetings, demonstrations, and status updates.
- Managing the product backlog and advocating on behalf of the client; translating client business needs into well-defined user stories.
- Facilitating communication between the business and the technical team based on project needs.
- Ensuring the highest standards of excellence in projects and serving as the primary link between the client and the project's technical team.
- Your mission also involves exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional solutions, all while gaining the trust and satisfaction of the client.
Responsibilities

Lead the project and be responsible for 'making
it happen', negotiating, maintaining a sense of urgency, managing risks and
maintaining good communication with everyone involved.

Manage the customer relationship and provide clear
expectations from start to finish throughout the project.

Be the representative of the team in the
deliveries of the releases.

Focus on what can add the most value to the project so
that maximum satisfaction occurs for clients and users.

Manage changes, ensuring understanding of business impacts and keeping everyone informed about the agreed-upon delivery plan with the client and the Delivery Manager / Tech Lead.
- Identify stakeholders, promoters and detractors, understand their motivations and what they expect from the project.
- Ensure the correct use of the methodology by all project participants, generating understanding and giving visibility of the results.
- Define the project vision, ultimate goal, key motivators, write the profiles of all personas, update the workflow, and map the user story.

Lead and conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and definition of the customer experience, thus understanding the entire product/project, business processes, and users that the application will support.
- Ensure and validate DoR and DoD concepts for all product requirements.
- Communicate the vision and business requirements to the delivery/development team and serve as the business representative for them.

Manage the backlog, write user stories, conduct preparation sessions and requirement definitions, schedule and lead scrum meetings, demonstrations, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, prepare the status report, perform testing, prepare the project handover, and oversee all other ceremonies and deliveries for projects in the agile methodology.
Must Have
- Graduate studies (preferably software engineering)
- Project and/or Software Product Management using the OutSystems platform.
- Project and/or Software Product Management using Low-code technology.
- Managing client relationships from the beginning to the end throughout the entire project.
- Advanced English (spoken and written)

- Outsystems Certification
- Advanced Spanish (spoken and written)
