Business Analyst / Technical Pre-Sales professional

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Pre-Sales professional to act as the right-hand of our Sales and Marketing teams. At YasNiTech, your mission will be to understand our clients’ pain points and design solutions using our ecosystem of solutions and technologies, including low-code development, AI, and Automations. You will operate on the front line of customer problem discovery, ensuring that our solutions precisely and technically address each client’s bottlenecks with feasibility and accuracy.

Work Model: Contract - Hybrid (São Paulo).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related Technology fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Diagnosis: Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand bottlenecks in internal processes.

  • Requirements Translation: Document customer needs for the development/implementation team, ensuring that what is sold is exactly what will be built.

  • Architecture Vision: Understand how data flows between the client’s systems and our solutions.

  • Solution Design (Architecture Matching): Analyze which in-house technologies (AI, RPA, APIs, custom modules, development, off-the-shelf solutions) are best suited to solve the client’s specific pain points, considering cost and implementation time.

  • Scope Validation: Ensure the technical feasibility of proposals by documenting requirements for the implementation/development team.

  • Technical Bridge: Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.

  • Technical Support for Sales: Act as the salesperson’s “right-hand,” ensuring the commercial proposal is technically viable and that delivery commitments are realistic.

  • PoC Execution (Proof of Concept) and Solution Demonstrations at Events: Configure or demonstrate parts of the software using real customer data to prove that the solution solves the identified problem, whether on-site, online, or at events.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Process Design and Optimization: Ability to map business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) using BPMN, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements focused on automation and digitization.
  • Bilingual Communication: Ability to confidently navigate between technical architecture discussions and business discussions with stakeholders.
  • Technical IT Background: Degree or solid experience in Systems Analysis/Engineering, with understanding of APIs (JSON/XML-RPC), front-end and back-end development, and databases (SQL).
  • ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERPs, preferably the Odoo ecosystem.
  • Fluent English an Intermediary Spanish

Nice to have

  • Technical Reading: Ability to read Python and XML code to validate customization possibilities in Odoo.
  • Accounting / Finance / Operations Expertise: Hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliation models, chart of accounts, etc.
  • Accounting and Tax Expertise: In-depth knowledge of trial balances, income statements (P&L), reconciliations, tax withholdings (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS), and statutory obligations (SPED).
  • Data & Automation: Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Metabase) and automation platforms (RPA / Low-code).
  • Sales Methodologies: Knowledge of consultative frameworks such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sale.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cooperatively, autonomously, and proactively, both in teams and individually.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting Sciences.
