Sales and Administrative Assistent

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dedicated professional to join our team as a Sales and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with leads and prospects via phone, email, and social media. 
  • Develop response templates for official communication channels and the executive board’s social media platforms.
  • Ensure the CRM system and commercial data are consistently updated and accurate. 
  • Monitor sales campaigns, supporting the management of deadlines and reporting activities. 
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document handling and contact tracking. 
  • Manage vendor registration processes to facilitate the company's inclusion as an approved supplier. 
  • Assist in the creation of content for campaigns aimed at driving sales conversion.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field. 
  • Good undertanding on sales to B2B client prospecting, especially in software sales cycles. 
  • Technical knowledge of software lifecycles and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor the pitch to the client’s profile and needs. 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales and prospecting support technologies.  
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to interact with international clients. 
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to interact with international clients. 

Preferred Requirements 

  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, such as SEO, content marketing, and social media, to support lead generation. 
  • Tools Knowledge:                                          LinkedIn Sales Navigator; GetProspect; Woodpecker; Pipedrive; Hubspot; ZoomInfo; Lusha; Salesforce; Outreach.
