As a Tech Leader your responsabilities include:
Be responsible for the technical management of the project:
Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to solve complex technical and business problems through an agile approach, establishing the connection between technical and business teams.
Manage and conduct the technical part of the project:
Plan deliverables, direct activities, perform code review, keep the development team focused on delivering the solution as planned, provide guidance on good development practices, performance, security, using the design of the solution architecture to provide the solutions to the technical and functional needs, configure the OutSystems platform to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform as the Technical Leader of a Oustystems development squad
- Provides oversight of the technical implementation of the corresponding applications using the OutSystems platform.

Serve as the technical focal point for customer facing discussions

Perform team development code review
- Provide developers skills assessment, feedback, coaching and, if needed, corrective action plans
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- 4-6 years of experience in developing projects in OutSystems

OutSystems Certifications: Associate Tech Lead
- Perfect written Portuguese

Experience in using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- 6-8 years of IT experience

Experience in the development of web and mobile applications
- Experience in JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Proven experience in leading complex projects
- OutSystems Certifications: Expert Tradicional Web Developer , Associate Developer (ODC), Associate Reactive Developer, Architecture Specialist, Delivery Specialist.
